Thanks to BizarreCelebsNude for the tip! This appears to be some kind of Belgian half-sketch half-docuseries where each episode focuses on a different topic. Thankfully, this one was about nudity and they got a few extras to take a shower together! (I could do without the intrusive graphics, though...)

"After the Axe" (1981)

This Canadian pseudo-documentary about business and layoffs and something or other (it actually won an Academy Award) also randomly includes a scene of a bunch of executives showering  after a racquetball game and preening in the locker room. Quite steamy... literally.
