Thanks to BizarreCelebsNude for the tip! This appears to be some kind of Belgian half-sketch half-docuseries where each episode focuses on a different topic. Thankfully, this one was about nudity and they got a few extras to take a shower together! (I could do without the intrusive graphics, though...)
