"Sssssss", Reb Brown (1973)

We see beefy jock Reb Brown (who portrayed a pre-Chris Evans Captain America in a couple of made-for-tv movies!) in tighty-whiteys before taking a shower, and then a lecherous old man sneaks into his house and throws a snake at his feet to kill him. Yes, that's what's really happening and yes, this shlocky killer reptile B-movie is really called "Sssssss".
